Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website. I’m Curt Bechler, PhD, and I serve as the Managing Partner at Venture International, LLC. out of Hudsonville, Mich. Through that company, I assist businesses and organizations in turning their communication strategies around with training sessions, strategic planning assistance, and crisis management, just to name a few.

I serve as a speaker and trainer for all types of organizations. My style of speaking and training includes strong audience involvement and applied conceptual learning. I enjoy writing and have been honored by being published in multiple journals. I have also written chapters in several communication books focusing on listening, leadership, and effective response strategies for organizations faced with a crisis.
